Our service MYVIVO, is to provide innovative and accessible solution. By building VivoPoints and membership system to provide free trial of 3D customization, MYVIVO can turn customers into 3D-customized-shoes-members in the MYVIVO community for long-term and sustainable relationship.

DEFINE


CONCEPT
As the current 3D customization tech only allows customers to scan their feet in the offline-store, considering the long-waiting-time, high-cost and the uncertainty of the effect of result for customers themselves, we decided to separate the whole service into three phase. Phase 1 is advocacy of the barefoot footwear and 3D customized shoes concept to the public, Phase 2 is to let people experience and get them involved, Phase 3 is to convert users into 3D members as the tech is mature enough and people can scan their feet through their phone. And at this report, we mainly focus on phase 2, which shows the most value of our service as well as be a significant phase to connect the former advertisements with the future 3D customization service.
